Wenisa is an iOS app for single parents to read and write parenting stories, save useful experiences, create care plans, and manage personal reflections. This page explains how to get support for the features in the current App Store version.

App Areas

Permissions

If a feature does not work, check iOS Settings for Wenisa permissions. Camera and photo library permissions are needed only when you add a photo. Microphone and speech recognition permissions are needed only for Dictate Story. Wenisa does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

Support Credits and Purchases

Wenisa uses consumable support credits and does not offer subscriptions. After you confirm, a public story uses 10 credits, a journey snapshot uses 10 credits, a care plan uses 20 credits, and a priority reflection uses 30 credits. Private notes and drafts do not use that confirmation. A starting balance may already be on the device. Additional credits can be purchased with Apple in-app purchase.

The purchase screen can show that a purchase succeeded, was cancelled, is pending, failed, or that the product is unavailable. If a successful purchase does not appear to add credits, leave the purchase screen and return to it, then contact support with the approximate purchase time and the product name shown in the app.

Content, Reporting, and Blocking

Public stories can have supportive replies, follows, and check-ins after you follow the author. To reduce exposure to a story author, use Report and block on the support thread. Avoid sharing private addresses, school names, private documents, or identifying information about children.

Data and Deletion

Stories, notes, drafts, photos, playbooks, comments, check-ins, care plans, journey snapshots, priority reflections, follows, and blocks stay inside the app on your device. Wenisa does not upload that content to a Wenisa server. The support credit balance and delivered purchase transaction identifiers are saved in iOS app storage.

Delete Account removes that in-app content and sets the saved credit balance to zero. Purchase identifiers already stored on the device may remain so the same Apple purchase is not delivered twice. There is no separate Wenisa login to delete.

Startup Guide

Wenisa may show a hosted guide when the app opens. Loading the guide can send a random installation marker stored on the device. That marker is not used for cross-app tracking. You can continue into the app after the guide closes.
